Based on the American cartoon Powerpuff Girls, Professor Utonium and his son Ken are working on a strange chemical substance called X. After a mochi cake falls into the formula, it transforms into a chemical substance called Z. Ken throws the chemical substance Z into a refrigerator in the port of Tokyo, causing a strange black and white light to reflect. The black light creates monsters, and the white light gives three ordinary girls, Momoko, Miyako, and Kaoru special powers, turning them into superheroes.
